# Terms of Use Last updated: July 2026 ## Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Spotaro — including the Telegram Mini App, the authenticated web application, and the public Events calendar — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service. ## Description of Service Spotaro enables users to: - Create and manage Events (including private and public Events) - Create and manage Spaces within Events (such as cars, rooms, groups, or custom Spaces) and reserve Spots - Coordinate participation requests and approvals - Share invite links to Events and Spaces - Browse public Events on a location-based calendar - Save a preferred Local Events location in profile settings - Use approximate IP-based geolocation (when not signed in or when no preferred location is saved) to suggest a default city on the public calendar Fair-use creation limits may apply and may differ between free and premium plans. ## User Responsibilities Users agree to: - Provide accurate information when using the service - Use the service in a lawful manner - Respect other users and their rights - Not abuse, disrupt, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the platform - Not upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content - Not use Spotaro to facilitate illegal activity - Comply with Telegram’s terms and applicable third-party terms where relevant ## User Content Users are solely responsible for content they create, submit, upload, or share through Spotaro, including Event details, locations, images, Space information, and communications related to participation. By submitting content, users confirm that they have the necessary rights to share such content and that it does not violate applicable law or these Terms. Public Events and related discoverable information may appear on the public calendar and be visible to other users and visitors. ## Location Features Location data associated with Events (city, country, and related coordinates where provided) is used to organize and display Events, including on the public calendar. Preferred Local Events locations saved in a user profile, calendar city selections, and approximate IP-derived city/country suggestions are used to personalize which public Events are shown. IP-based geolocation is approximate and may be unavailable or inaccurate in some environments. ## Moderation, Legal Compliance, and Removal Spotaro and its operators reserve the right, at their sole discretion and without prior notice where necessary, to refuse, restrict, suspend, remove, or permanently delete any content, records, or user access — including Events, Spaces, Spots, requests, images, profile information, and related data — if they determine that such action is warranted to: - Comply with applicable laws and regulations - Respond to lawful requests, orders, warrants, or demands issued by courts, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, or other competent governmental authorities - Address violations of these Terms or the Privacy Policy - Prevent harm, fraud, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights - Protect the security, integrity, or reputation of the service Nothing in these Terms obliges Spotaro to monitor all content, but we may take action when we become aware of issues or when legally required to do so. ## Availability Spotaro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy of geolocation or calendar results, or compatibility with all devices and environments. ## Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotaro and its operators shall not be liable for: - Loss of data - Loss of profits - Missed Events, Spaces, Spots, or reservations - Service interruptions - Inaccurate or unavailable location suggestions - Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages ## Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms, for legal or security reasons, or for operational reasons. ## Intellectual Property The Spotaro name, logo, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law. ## Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Spotaro website with a revised “Last updated” date.
